SEBDA Membership

Membership of SEBDA

For a very affordable price, SEBDA membership brings the latest information and continuing support. It does this through its highly-acclaimed 40 page newsletter, academic research journal, website, access to discount-priced resources (including related books) and through its national network/ 'behaviour exchange'.

You can be an individual or corporate member (discount rate for 3 members).

Some individuals fund their own annual fees (£49 a year). Others have their places of work pay for them, as the SEBDA materials are appreciated by a wide range of staff.

Others take out Corporate Membership (£135 for 3 members - extendable for extra members - paid by the place of work or local authority or voluntary organisation).

We also have large group membership (negotiated with the Director, tcole@sebda.org).

The 2005 Survey of SEBDA Members' views explained how we help. The content of the resulting report is summed up in one member's advice to SEBDA Council: 'Keep Going - Louder!' A summary of the findings can be viewed here

Since 2005, we have responded to membership views, expanding services, building links to many bodies (e.g. SEN Regional Partnerships) and campaigning hard for the types and quality of provision we believe in.
